Hemvägen

Hemvägen is a newly written music-dramatic work created in Värmland, Sweden in swedish. The text is written by playwrighter Christofer Bocker, and the music composed by Micaela Hoppe, both living in Sunne. The libretto is based on the interviews that Bocker conducted with three different groups of women who came as refugees during the Second World War, the 1980s and the 2000s. Themes in the interviews were migration, place and identity.
